Mint your record on Submit and mint, then ask five miners you know to vouch for you.

To vouch, enter the NGO wallet in "Vouch for an NGO" and send the bond (returned one year later unless the NGO is rejected).
- 3Anyone
If an NGO looks false, "Challenge" it during its 7-day window with a reason; elected NGOs or a token vote decide.
- 4Done
With no challenge after 7 days, anyone presses "Finalise": the NGO is attested and can stand in elections.
You need: NGOs: a minted record. Miners: 100 blue blocks mined over at least 4 weeks and 1,000 PSY per vouch.
Arguments: addresses and numbers as typed; bytes32 as 0x and 64 hex characters (a plain word is converted, for parameter names); lists as JSON, for example ["0x…","0x…"].
