Roles and candidacy

Five roles, elected by the NGOs.

CEO, CTO, Treasurer, Community Lead and Security Lead are individuals, never NGOs. A tie for the most votes is decided by a verifiable random draw among the tied candidates; a role with no votes stays vacant and is run again. The elected NGOs vote, one NGO one vote. Holders serve one year, cannot vote anywhere while in office, and are paid 2,000 PSY per 30 days from the Treasury (never from the volunteer fund). Role elections run only in Normal mode.

    The most votes wins a 1-year term; a tie is decided by a verifiable draw. Holders are paid from the Treasury and cannot vote.
