Network
Peers and this node.
Anyone can run a full node and connect. Nodes find each other through seeds and address gossip, keep 8 outbound connections spread over network groups, and accept up to 64 inbound.
Testnet v9.0: chain 87869 was restarted with a new genesis. Blocks, balances and registrations of the v8 network are gone. Run node 9.0.0 or newer: older nodes cannot connect, and 9.0.0 moves old data aside by itself. Until the first finality committee is chosen, the public node's miner signs the checkpoints (bootstrap finality).
